The hotel offered comfortable beds and a lovely private hot spring in the room, perfect for winding down with my family after exploring the nearby hot springs. The cheerful staff even helped us order pizza to our room, a nice touch.

My kids wished there were more dining options available.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was favourable and beautiful near to restaurants and a green garden. Great food in the restaurant, marvellous and incredibly nice breakfast with DIY noodles, waffles and also vegan options. Spacious and impressive rooms provided with king size bed and the bath tub and including private steam bath.

Quite dirty area.

The free shuttle to the nearest MRT made exploring places like Beitou Hot Springs and Xinbeitou Park super easy. The friendly staff were always ready to help us with anything we needed.

The breakfast included was a bit basic, lacking variety. The location's uphill setting made for some tiring walks.

Couples looking for a quiet retreat

The staff was really good! They helped me order pizza when I couldn't get my app to work, using their phone, in return they brought it to our room. We forgot a charger, but they contacted us right away and sent it back without hesitation.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for the experience, it felt acceptable.

The staff were great . Ms. Amy was friendly and offered great local recommendations. The huge hot spring tub in the Only Suite made my evenings relaxing. The amazing mountain view from the patio allowed me to unwind in nature while enjoying my coffee in the morning.

Breakfast could use some variety.

I stayed in the Happiness Suite for one night. The room was super spacious and had a huge comfy bed. It even had a hot spring tub, a nice touch! There was also a dining platform and a patio, feel even roomier. The breakfast options were decent, and I appreciated the late check-out at 12 PM. The service was amazing, especially Ms. Amy, who was so cute and helpful throughout my stay.

The happiness suite was spacious, super tidy, and had a lovely private hot spring that we enjoyed so much. The staff were great by upgrading our room for free and even helped us with pizza delivery, such a nice touch. The recreational facilities were perfect for winding down.
